ICONIC fashion boutique Nikki Loueza in King Street has established itself as an Australian directional fashion label, with an innovative edge that embodies the personal style and spirit of creative directors Nicole Hardie and Isobel Macaulay.

Recognising a need in the market for a unique and versatile aesthetic with depth and character, Nikki Loueza encourages individual style with wearable clothing that can be layered and interpreted in many ways, while still appealing to women of all ages.

In late 2011, Perth designer Macaulay joined the team in a design and production role.

Having previously worked with Nikki and Paul Hardie, who stocked her label pinchandspoon, Macaulay embraced the opportunity to further expand into designing alongside Nikki.

From the start, Nikki Loueza has always tried to support talent in WA and is now expanding into international labels.

Brands include Fenella Peacock, LTB Denim, pinchandspoon, Helena Boguski Designs, Uslu Airlines and many more.

“We are really excited to launch our summer collection Black White later this year,” the girls said.

“This collection is the first we have designed together and we both adore every piece in the range.

“We plan to expand our retail store into an online store at the end of the year and hope to expand our wholesale presence throughout Australia in 2013.”

Macaulay is introducing Pinchandspoon petite, a gorgeously unique designer clothing label for girls aged from four to 10.

The summer 12/13 collection combines pinchandspoon’s signature aesthetic of soft, fluid silhouettes in natural fibres and colours.

The collection, named from Boreham Way … to Salmon Bay encapsulates Macaulay’s memories of a childhood growing up on Rottnest Island.
