STAGE 2 sales at Queens Park development Q Central have been launched following the announcement that one of the homes will raise money for WA-based charity Cystic Fibrosis WA.
The resort-style development will include 54 villas, townhouses and apartments around a central area with pool, gym and barbecue facilities.
“It is being developed by specialist fund manager Otan Pty Ltd and built by leading WA property and construction group Pindan,” Q Central sales consultant Matthew Smith said.
“The newly released Stage 2 offers nine villas and eight townhouses.
“Dedicating the proceeds from the sale of one of the Q Central homes to Cystic Fibrosis WA was an initiative that Pindan is proud of.
“It’s great to be able to support Cystic Fibrosis WA and showcase Q Central and the charity home to the community.
Cystic Fibrosis WA chief executive Nigel Barker said the organisation was thrilled with Pindan’s proposal to build a charity home at Q Central to raise much-needed funds for people living with Cystic Fibrosis in WA.
Construction of the development is expected to be completed mid to late next year. Visit www.myqcentral.com.au.
