I agree with Carol.Its not worth giving him a rating.What a silly stunt, he might not realize that could had claimed his life for forever

12 years old, smoking, out alone at night and he pulls a stunt like that, probably hoping it will end up on youtube. A stint in juvenile detention might deter him from trying any more stupid pranks. Not worth giving him the pleasure of rating it. I hope he grows a brain soon.
