PULL on your warmest winter clothes for some fun on the ice this month as the Winter Festival visits the Fremantle Esplanade, bringing with it one of Australia's biggest outdoor ice rinks.

There is something on offer for the whole family during the three-week festival, including authentic food from more than 20 winter-loving countries and on-ice entertainment such as figure skating and ice hockey demonstrations.

Or you could just skate the hours away.

The Winter Festival runs until July 22.

Not going anywhere near Fremantle I can't afford the parking, and I don't want to get assaulted by the human vermin in Fremantle, so I stay at home.
