THERE is unlikely to be a shortage of conversation around the dinner table for Duncraig tae kwon do star Tina Morgan, her husband and in-laws over the coming years.
Chances are much of the talk will be about the sport that has played such a big part in their lives.
The former Woodvale Senior High School student tied the knot with Turkish Olympian Bahri Tanrikulu on January 29.
Bahri, a two-times tae kwon do world champion who won a silver medal at the 2004 Athens Olympics, met Morgan at the World Tae Kwon Do Championships in Korea.
Also attending the wedding was Bahri’s sister Azize, who claimed a silver medal at the Beijing Olympics last year in the same sport.
Morgan is one of Australia’s most successful tae kwon do fighters and is looking forward to her life ahead with new husband Bahri.
She is also keen to start coaching future tae kwon do stars.
