I WOULD like to send out my wholehearted congratulations to the Cockburn City Council and all involved with Saturday’s Summer of Fun concert on Dixon Reserve.
It was lovely to see all the families out with the children enjoying a picnic, the music and the show – pyrotechnics anyone?
Although the heat was oppressive, a great time was had by all, from the youngsters with their faces painted as the KISS characters, grandma and grandad having a dance and the diehard KISS fans dressed all in black.
Summer of fun indeed.
