GET ready for the new era – a time when we all stop talking and start doing something about climate change.

The launch of the Federal Government’s carbon tax strategy on Monday July 1 was the start of the creation of a survivable planet.

Yes, we have a long way to go. Yes, it will take a long time to reverse damage already done. However, we have to start somewhere – now.

Sure, we are going to feel some pain. It’s going to be hard, especially when economic conditions are still relatively tight.

However, if we don’t impose the tax now, future generations will ask us why we didn’t answer the call – before it was too late.
