hi I have been told I have fibro in jan this year still finding my way with this illness and dont seem to be coping very well would like to hear from others with this awful illness to see if any members have suggestions to help me cope thanks

Hi Debbie Email me so I can send you some more information on FM and put you on our data base for the monthly newsletter and other items of interest (kbrand@bigpond.net.au). We have nearly 600 on our data base so you are not alone! I really do believe that FM is a manegable condition but it takes a lot of time developing the management tools. Regards Kaye

Hi Kaye i've been searching for ages trying to get advice & help!! Fortunately for me I have a fantastic doctor who has been keeping in touch with this condition & passing any knowledge he has onto me! I have had some really bad days with this condition & feel at times i don't know how i'm going to cope with this condition which i've had for over 12years. i would appreciate any help you could offer me. many thanks .Jenni.
