People speak different languages. Even those who speak the same language, think differently.

The idea of virtual citizenship may not be very new.
I have heard of virtual cities on the web where you can build your own virtual house and have your own virtual family and job. Even some computer games have been developed over the past decade to fulfill this theory. SIMS (http://thesims2.ea.com/) is a very good example of that concept.

I remember the first time I saw people from Australia.
It was during the Olympic Games in Sydney. Every time they showed Australians you could see happy faces colored in blue and yellow smiling at the camera.
I looked at other people from around the world. I could not find any smile like the Australians’. And this picture has always been in my mind since then.
