They’re pretty sure they know what causes pregnancy, but there seems to be somewhat of an epidemic among people I spent my youth with.

Having received (and confirmed) the good news that hubby and I were expecting our first bub, it was hard to know what to do next.
I realised that despite growing up in a huge extended family, where I am the fourth eldest of more than 20 cousins and the next generation is well under way, I actually knew pretty much nothing about pregnancy.

BILLIONS of women have been in my place before and it’s not like I’m going to be the last but I feel kind of special.
Something is going on inside my belly that’s about to change my life.
Despite the fact that my pregnancy was planned, I found out almost by accident.
I needed to go to the doctor for something else and had a spare test so I took it.
