Lions Club of Ocean Reef

Summary

The Lions Club of Ocean Reef provides a service to the northern suburbs community, in particular the suburbs of Ocean Reef, Heathridge, Beldon and Mullaloo. Our members decide how best we can serve our community and how we donate any funds raised. Owing to our current members getting older and not being as healthy as we used to be it is very hard to accomplish all our goals and aspirations. So if YOU are a person who would like to spend a few hours now and then to help others often less fortunate than ourselves please contact us for more information or come along to one of our meetings (give us a quick call first to make sure we don’t have any special plans on the night such as a social or restaurant night out). We meet on the first Wednesday of each month for a board and business meeting at 7pm at the Whitfords Senior Citizens Centre (next to Whitfords Library). We meet on the third Wednesday of each month for a dinner meeting at 7pm for a 7.30pm start usually at the same venue, members bring along a plate to share and we occasionally have interesting guest speakers on a variety of topics.
