The proprietors, brothers Alex and Marco Ricciardi, pride themselves on their commitment to creating that home-made, family-focused food.
Their pasta has that authentic Italian flavour having come from a recipe passed down through the generations.

The sauces used are made with fresh peeled tomatoes, herbs and spices, and are lovingly prepared each day by Alex and Marco’s father, Cesare Ricciardi and Jo Favazzo.
Both use traditional methods learnt from their native Sicily.
More home-made fare can be found in the bain-marie, including spinach and ricotta rolls, sausage rolls, and roast beef rolls and gravy.
Another speciality of the house not to be missed is the arancini with bolognese sauce. A rice ball, filled with mozzarella cheese and bolognese sauce, this little taste of Italy is served hot with an extra topping of cheese and sauce.
